GOOD NEWS! The Buyer Agent's Services are FREE to you, the prospective buyer! There are no
hidden charges or obligations. How is this accomplished? All fees are paid by the Seller in the
form of previously negotiated broker and listing agreements. However, please note, you must
enter into a written agreement (Known as a Buyer's Rep. Agreement) for me to represent you as
the Buyer.
